Download files from onedrive

Once you map OneDrive, you can download the files stored online only to your computer with ease. Step 1: Firstly, open up OneDrive window on the browser. Then sign in OneDrive with your Microsoft account. Step 2: Copy the CID number from the address bar, which consists of numbers and capital letters. Step 4: Right-click the Network in the left panel and then choose Map network drive in the context menu. Step 5: In the Drive list, select a drive letter.

OneDrive Files On-Demand is a new feature coming in the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, which allows you to access all your files stored in the cloud using File Explorer without having to sync. They now sit on the OneDrive folder on my new PC - only they don't. Every time I open a picture file I see a message saying downloading file from OneDrive.

This suggests that not all parts of the files have been download.
